My story didn't begin in a vineyard. It began in conference rooms, transformation strategies, and the work of helping organizations move from complexity to clarity. For years I built a career at the intersection of strategy, structure, and execution — learning how to translate ambition into outcomes and complexity into something people could actually feel and act on.

Wine arrived the way the best things do — quietly, then completely.

What started as curiosity became study. Study became passion. Passion became something I couldn't separate from who I am. I found myself drawn not just to what was in the glass, but to everything behind it — the regions, the soils, the decisions, the stories that travel from vine to bottle to table.

And then there was the moment everything shifted: riding through a vineyard on the back of an ATV, the owner pausing at each vine to tell its story, before leading me into the caves for a tasting from his portfolio. That afternoon I understood, fully, that wine isn't just a drink. It's a place. It's a conversation. It's a world you can enter one glass at a time.

Building With Intention

It hasn't been a seamless road — and I wouldn't want it to have been.

Building something meaningful alongside a demanding professional life requires a particular kind of patience. There were moments of tension, of stretched bandwidth, of progress that felt slower than I wanted. There were decisions to resist shortcuts, to say no to the pressure of a culture that rewards visibility over substance. And there were quieter, harder questions — not just "Do I love this?" but "Am I ready to build something larger from it?"

Those moments of uncertainty are where the brand was actually shaped. Where I learned that intentionality isn't a strategy — it's a practice. That depth matters more than volume. That the right pace is the one that produces something worth keeping.

I hold a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines — a credential that represents not just knowledge of wine, but a commitment to understanding it rigorously and sharing it meaningfully. That foundation informs everything: the content, the experiences, the conversations, the collection.
