The Story Behind the Glass
Wine Enthusiast/Educator · Author · Global Leader · Consultant
I create clarity — whether in the boardroom or in the glass.
Two Paths. One Purpose.
My story didn't begin in a vineyard. It began in conference rooms, transformation strategies and the work of helping organizations move from complexity to clarity. For years, I built a career at the intersection of strategy, structure, and execution — learning how to translate ambition into outcomes and complexity into something people could actually feel and act on.
Wine arrived the way the best things do — quietly, then completely.
What started as curiosity became study. Study became passion. Passion became something I couldn't separate from who I am. I found myself drawn not just to what was in the glass, but to everything behind it — the regions, the soils, the decisions, the stories that travel from vine to bottle to table.
And then there was the moment everything shifted: riding through a vineyard on the back of an ATV, the owner pausing at each vine to tell its story, before leading me into the caves for a tasting from his portfolio. That afternoon I understood, fully, that wine isn't just a drink. It's place. It's conversation. It's a world you can enter one glass at a time.
"Wine isn't a drink. It's place. It's conversation.
It's a world you can enter one glass at a time."
Building With Intention
It hasn't been a seamless road — and I wouldn't want it to have been.
Building something meaningful alongside a demanding professional life requires a particular kind of patience. There were moments of tension, of stretched bandwidth, of progress that felt slower than I wanted. There were decisions to resist shortcuts, to say no to the pressure of a culture that rewards visibility over substance. And there were quieter, harder questions — not just "Do I love this?" but "Am I ready to build something larger from it?"
Those moments of uncertainty are where the brand was actually shaped. Where I learned that intentionality isn't a strategy — it's a practice. That depth matters more than volume. That the right pace is the one that produces something worth keeping.
I hold a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines — a credential that represents not just knowledge of wine, but a commitment to understanding it rigorously and sharing it meaningfully. That foundation informs everything: the content, the experiences, the conversations, the collection.
What Swirl.Sip.Savor. Is
Swirl.Sip.Savor. is a global platform for experiencing wine with intention.
Through the Passport Club, I curate elevated wine experiences rooted in storytelling, education, and discovery. Through digital content and YouTube, I take you with me — one region, one bottle, one glass at a time. Through the Which Grape Reflects You? collection, I've created a way to wear your identity with the same confidence you bring to everything else.
What sets this apart is the combination of two worlds — the discipline and structure of a transformation strategist applied to experiences that feel immersive, personal, and globally inspired. I approach wine the way I approach my consulting work: with rigor, curiosity, and a deep respect for what it means to do something well.
This is not about volume. It's about depth, quality, and the kind of consistency that builds something that lasts.
I am the Owner and Managing Director of Casked, LLC, the parent company under which Swirl.Sip.Savor. lives and grows.
I'm intentionally building what I believe can become a global platform for experiencing wine in a more meaningful way —
one region, one bottle, one glass at a time.
And I'm just getting started.
If you're a collaborator, a press contact, a fellow wine lover, or simply someone whose quiz result said Pinot Noir — welcome. You're exactly who this was built for.
